Reporting scope

This annual report covers activities that took place or had effect on the reporting year of FMO.  

FMO publishes its integrated financial and sustainability report annually in April. The annual shareholders meeting takes place the following May.

Both elements of the report are audited by an external auditor. Please read the KPMG auditor's report for detailed information on the scope of their work. In the event of any differences or inconsistencies between the text and quantitative information on this internet site and that in the original financial statments as filled at the Trade register of the Chamber of Commerc, the latter shall prevail.
