6 Debentures and notes

7 Interest income

Included in the interest income on loans is €11.3 million (2025: €10.3 million) related to Stage 3 loans (adjusted on basis of net carrying amount). Read more about 7 Interest income .

10 Results from equity investments

12 Results from financial transactions

13 Remuneration for services rendered

15 Income taxes

Current income tax receivables amount to €3.2 million (December 31, 2025: €0.9 million). The domestic corporate income tax rate for 2026 is 25.8 percent (2025: 25.8 percent). Read more about 15 Income taxes .

17 Commitments and contingent liabilities

18 Related parties

FMO defines the Dutch Government, FMO's subsidiaries, joint ventures, associates, the Management Board (MB), and Supervisory Board (SB) as related parties. Read more about 18 Related parties .

19 Dividends

At December 2025, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board proposed distributing a sum of €2.0 million (2024:€10.6 million) as cash dividend to shareholders. Read more about 19 Dividends .
