19 Dividends

At December 2025, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board proposed distributing a sum of €2.0 million (2024:€10.6 million) as cash dividend to shareholders. The proposal was approved during the General Meeting of Shareholders of April 22, 2026 and the cash dividend was paid out.
